Crystal Healing (Approx 1 hour)

Crystal Healing is a perfect approach for those who are open to holistic and alternative styles of support. It uses the stones natural energy to support deep healing and inner balance. As each crystal carries its own frequency, when they are placed on or around the body, they can help balance your body, clear stagnant and negative energy, promote relaxation and reduce stress levels. During a crystal healing session, I will assesses your energy field, use specific gemstones on or around your body, and guide you through a period of deep relaxation. A typical session lasts approximately 60 minutes and during this time we will discuss your problem areas and decide which crystals to use during your treatment.
